Mixed Media Canvas

Hi Friends,
I am here today with a Mixed Media Canvas.
I'm not keeping too well these days and just not feeling upto it. But just wanted to share my project with u all here. I will be uploading the details about  the materials I used to make my project, as soon as I feel a little better.

My 2nd Blogoversary Challenge & Giveaway !!

Hi Friends & Fellow Crafters, I just realized that its Mid June already, the month I started my blog 2 years back (June 30th) and it certainly calls for a celebration. I've been very lucky to have made such wonderful friends here, share ideas & inspirations !! This has also been a great learning experience for me.
And even though I don't say this very often, I hope you know that it is because of all you lovely people - my friends, followers and  regular silent readers :) that I have survived this far. And I hope I can continue and grow here with all you people on my side :) Just wanna Thank All of You from the very Bottom of my heart !! Love you All.......

• The last date to submit the entries is July 15th. I'll pick the BEST Project (according to me) and select the Winner !!
•  If I get more than 25 Project Entries, I will choose a second Winner (who will get a Gift Voucher worth Rupees 300.)

A little bit about Mixed Media for those who ain't aware of it.
Mixed Media , as the name suggests it is the craft technique of using several different mediums, such as inks, paints, gesso, stamps, etc on a single surface. Anything you think of can be incorporated in your project. So spread your wings...let your imaginations run wild and create something fast !!

Guest Designing for Lulupu-The Craft Lounge for the month of June !

Hello Friends,
I'm here today as a Guest Designer at Lulupu - The Craft Lounge, for this month. My card was chosen as the winner in their previous challenge - 'My Mum, My World'. I was asked by Karuna if I'd like to be a GD at her awesome craft lounge and I said Of course Yesss...It'll be such an honour. And here I am...

Well the challenge for me this month was to create 2 cards using the same stamp set. I have chosen my stamps from Micia – Joyful Flutters. The Lulupu Team  sent me this set as my Winning Prize for Challenge #11 – My Mum, My World at Lulupu. For the cards, I have used my Distress Inks, Cheery Lynn Dies, EK Success Punch. For my card #1 I have used the resist stamping technique, die cutting & punch craft. For card #2  I have fussy cut the  butterflies and used the over -lapping stamping technique .

I hope you all like the way I have used  it. I loved inking those beautiful butterflies!!
