I just received a huge package of stamps day before from my most Fav. Stamp Brand 'ALTENEW'
and I couldn't wait to ink them up !
Well I just managed to create a card using the "Layered Lily'' Set & I love love love the way it came out !!

Romantic Roses

Hello Crafty Friends,
Whats on your craft table today ?? Well I have this pretty Pink Card to share with you all.
I have been enjoying the Multi Step Stamping a lot these days & So many brands have come up with such lovely Multi-Step Stamps that It's really becoming difficult to choose from.
Here's my Card using the 'Wild Romantic Roses' Multi-Step Stamp Set by Justrite !
Yes !! They are coming back again with a Bang ! How much have I missed my Fav. Stamp Brand while they were Away !! And to begin with, Justrite Has come up with some super awesome Stamp Sets & my Fav, is the Multi Step Poinsettia ! I saw the Video by Darsie Bruno, the other day & I just flipped for the cards she created !! They were just awesome..

Happy Birthday Elephant

Hello Craft Friends,

I'm back after what seemed like ages... Here's a Cute Elephant Birthday Card that I made using 

my brand new stamp set from WPlus9.

I used the "Whole lotta happy" Stamp set for all the Sentiments. I have used my Versamark & Colored Ink pads to emboss the sentiments !!

The Elephant, Balloon & the Stars have been stamped from the "Unforgettable" Set, using Jet Black Staz On ink.

The Stitched Square Window is cut using my Simon Says Die - Stitched Squares.

I have used my Zig Brush Markers to color the balloon. I fussy cut the lil blue hat for the elephant & pop-dotted it on his head for the extra dimension. I also added Glossy Accents to the hat !

Hello Crafty Peeps, I have a Colorful Card to share with you all today that I made  for the

Lawnscaping Challenge #110 : COLOR inspired by the Rainbow

 

And I just had to take the challenge when I saw their post !! So here's what I came up with... I simply LOVE this stamp set by Lawn Fawn - "SEW LOVELY"  

I fussy cut a spool and used it for masking off all these spools stamped on the card. The Sentiment is handwritten. I tried to extend that Thread into my sentiment !! :0)

Card Making fun with Arjita

Hey Crafty People,
I am So excited to share a card with you all today... Ok Let me tell you a little about how I came up with this card. My Dear Friend & Fellow Crafter Arjita Singh & Myself were discussing about our habit of Hoarding Our Craft Supplies... Hardly do we find using our Supplies.
We decided to randomly pick up a stamp set from the 'Alt E New' (OUR CURRENT FAVOURITE) collection that we both own, and create a card with it !! And the stamp that was Picked was "Lacy Scrolls" that was lying un-inked with us both !! We gave e/o a day's time to make a card & share with each other !! So here's my take on it !!
Here's the "Lacy Scrolls" Stamp Set by Alt E New !! 

[DID I SAY I LOVE THIS STAMP COMPANY !!!]

This is what the Card Inside looks like , and behind is the envelope !!

At First I took the largest Peony flower stamp from this set & stamped it randomly using my "Twisted Citron" Distress Ink.. (I SOOOOO LOVE THIS SHADE) 

After which I stamped the leaves in two shades of the Ranger Dye Inks - Electric Lime & Lily Pad. I stamped a few more leaves on a different cardstock & fussy cut them. Took some Jute/Burlap Twine and added it with the fussy cut Leaf images to go on top. Added Glossy Accents to the leaves to give them some dimension.

Lastly, Stamped the sentiment with Versafine Onyx Black Ink from "Label Love" Set from Alt E New, fussy cut & stuck it on the card using my foam dots !!

Finally stuck this piece of stamped cardstock on a Top-Fold A2 card front & added some stitching lines using my Micro tip fine liner.

Did some stamping using the dye inks on the card inside & the envelope to give it some interest !!

And yes I loved the way it turned out & I hope My friend Arjita too likes it.... as it will reach her very soon !!  :)

P.S. The Envelope was made with Fabriano Paper using my WRMK Envelope Punch Board.

It's one of the best Tools that I own After my MISTI Tool !!

Making envelopes is now so much faster & easier !! Saves so much time & the best part is you can make envelopes using any kinda papers u like... just incase u want a particular shade of paper to match your card !!

Well it's been raining...it's been pouring since quite some days now in my City - Kolkata !!
And along with that I my Mojo has also gone hiding !!

Ombre Baby Card

Hello Friends,
I'm here again with a New Arrival card today !!
It's another one with the 'Ombre' Effect  !!
I am totally loving, the effect & the different mediums that I am playing with !
Today I used my Water Color Pencils....Take a look !

I took A 3"x6" Neenah Solar White Card stock, Heat Embossed these cute little shapes using my Alt&New "Simple Shapes" Stamp Set & Ranger Gold Embossing Powder !!

Next I used my Staedtler Water Color Pencils to paint each of these shapes, and create the Ombre effect !

Next I took my Card base 6 1/2" X 41/2" and added some Washi Tape across & then Used my Foam tape to mount the colored panel onto the card base. Next I pop dotted an elephant die cut from the K & Co. Itsy Bitsy Collection along with a few stars here & there !

I had fun creating this supercute card ! I hope you like it too !

Rosey Card !

Hello Friends,
I'm here today with a Card made for the Challenge over at Virginia's View Challenge Blog - Ombre/Monochromatic Challenge !


Well I have used my most Favourite Stamp Set 'Vintage Roses" by Alt & New for the roses.
And the 'Sohcatoa' Set for the sentiment !
At first I used my Misti Tool (I love using it so much) to stamp & layer the roses using my Inks from Prima Chalk inks, Memento Dye Inks & Hero Arts Shadow Inks.
After stamping, I paper pieced the roses & leaves  and kept them aside.
Next i took 4"x6" Neenah Solar White Cardstock & did some stenciling.
I used the Mini Aztec Stencils by Crafter's Workshop - Balzer Designs, Embossing Paste by Wendy Vecchi in white, Distress Inks - Picked Raspberry & Worn Lipstick. I created three different batches in different shades of pink from dark to light. After creating the stenciled background, I added some silver thread & then I arranged my flowers using Foam dots to give them some dimension. After that I heat embossed the sentiment on a piece of black cardstock with Stampendous Detail White Embossing Powder & snipped the ends of to make it into a banner. I stuck it beneath one of the petals. To balance the Black sentiment piece I added a thin strip of black CS to one side of the card.
Lastly, I added some white &pink flat back adhesive pearls here & there & Brushed some Clear Wink Of Stella on my Roses for the extra touch ! I then mounted this piece on a 4 1/4" x 61/2" top folding card !
